The Byron Bay location is just one of five venues for Three Blue Ducks which started its journey as three good mates who loved travelling the world and cultivating ideas around a better, more sustainable approach to eating and living. Sounds pretty good, right? It was during that time, that the Three Blue Ducks was hatched, with its ethos to cook authentic and delicious food.

From Summer cooking classes to Weeknights at the Ducks and holiday group menus, the Byron Bay location is a standout favourite, especially with the recent launch of a Surf ‘N’ Turf Night every Thursday over Summer. Guests can enjoy ethically sourced steaks, Northern Rivers seafood, coastal-inspired cocktails, tasty sides and breezy beats.

For home cooks, Darren Robertson (Head Chef & co-owner) and special guest Katerina Lazareva (Byron Fermentary) will be hosting a special, one-off Summer cooking class at The Farm on Saturday, January 20.

The two-hour class will be held in the Farmhouse with Darren and Katerina covering at-home techniques that will help make the most of Summer fruits and veggies. Attendees will learn how to make epic salads and veggie ferments with an introduction to vinaigrettes, salsas and marinades.

There will be a Q&A with the food-obsessed duo along with snacks, drinks and a generous gift bag to take home. If you can't make it though, just check out the threeblueducks.com website as there are loads of really great farm-to-table recipes.
