What is a must-try dish/drink?
Must-try drink would have to be our Adelita signature Bloody Mary! We make our own tomato water in house, which not only brings a unique flavour profile to the spirit base of your choice. It's then smoked to give it our finishing touches.
Must-try dish – fermented crumpets, with curried egg, spanner crab and salmon roe caviar; or our Golden Gaytime dessert of caramel, chocolate, macadamia and Vegemite.
