Look What's New - Furai Sushi.

Are you always on the lookout for a new café, bar or restaurant to indulge yourself, family and friends?

No sweat…we have you covered! Every week AGFG will aim to let you know what new venues have opened in your area and why you should give them a try.

You can help too – just click here to email our PR team and let us know of a new eatery in your suburb so we can inform everyone and help these establishments thrive and survive.

Experience the fusion of tradition and innovation at Furai Sushi on Sydney Road in Balgowlah. Redefining vegetable perception among sushi addicts and infusing each bite with excitement, this Sydney eatery takes pride in being eco-friendly, using sustainable practices to minimise waste and make a positive impact on the environment.

Why should you drop in for a meal at Furai Sushi? Here are three good reasons:

Look What's New - Furai Sushi.
What is a must-try dish/drink?

Our three best rolls are the ebi pink roll (salmon), Sweetie (vegan with mushroom, cashew nut ricotta, spring onion, avocado, sweet potato sauce and crispy shallots) and the hot katsu roll (salmon, prawns, avocado, cream cheese and chives, wrapped in Panko furai with teriyaki sauce).

What is your point of difference?

Our point of difference is the wide variety of ingredients and sauces in our sushi. We have developed a wide menu with a variety of flavours that you won't find in other venues, including the best vegan options.

What is a fun fact that not many people know about the restaurant?

We have a unique Chef who has developed the menu based on Japanese and Peruvian culture (Nikkei) - her experience and attention to detail are her speciality.
