Our Kantin beef ribs are a must-try, served with chilli caramel dip, or Manadonese turmeric rice with Indonesian wok-braised chicken; along with spicy Indonesian grilled chicken with sides, while for dessert don’t go past bingsu cendol – snow ice dessert with palm sugared coconut snow ice cream and green rice flour jellies.
