What’s your most popular dish/drink:
Moreton Bay bug and prawn tortellini – this dish has been on our menu since we opened 13 years ago. We have taken it off the menu at times to replace with something else, but there was always outrage by the guests – so it very quickly came back. There are only three dishes on our menu that are the same from previous menu since we re-opened from being closed for extensive renovations and this is one of the three.
Our must-try drink is the Grey Goose Peach and Rosemary Martini – poured and garnished tableside, it’s a delicious experience.
What is your point of difference?
We have been trading for 13 years now and believe we are a true part of the Gold Coast. We have been so lucky to be part of so many celebrations. When guests want to have a beautiful evening, show off some clients or visiting guests, Little Truffle is always at the top of their list as they know what to expect and won’t be disappointed.
What is a fun fact that not many people know about the restaurant?
We have just re-opened after being closed for 11 months for extensive renovations. We literally pulled down all the walls and started from scratch. The whole layout and colour scheme of deep navy and brushed brass with dramatic velvet curtains are all new and very impressive.
We boast two private dining spaces which are perfect for a business meeting, Christmas party or special celebration for that added level of privacy.
