The T-bone is cooked and served perfectly with Chef skills and love, topped with the celebrated brandy Jus and housemade bone marrow butter!
The signature T-bone steak is accompanied by table sides – the Paris mash, garlic balsamic mushrooms and charred broccolini. This dish is one that people can't get enough of each time they dine with us, with repeat customers and great reviews, we love our customers loving their food.

T-bone is a local gastro pub located in the heart of Canberra's rapidly developing Molonglo Valley region.
Starting off with a vision to cater to the community, our venue, although only recently opened, is adaptive and willing to expand its knowledge and deliverables to the best in making the customers and community happy.
We are a family-run local with something for all age groups, from board games, colouring in placemats and a foosball table to keep the younger ones busy, to the top-class drinks and food range catering to the adults.
