Acclaimed Chef Daniel Ridgeway, known for his award-winning Little Truffle Dining Room & Bar, has opened his new culinary gem at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast.
The Asian-inspired restaurant, Madame V on Gold Coast Highway, offers an exquisite à la carte dining experience, a stylish lounge bar, three private dining rooms and signature Yum Cha Sundays.
Madame V presents a diverse menu featuring a blend of traditional and modern Asian flavours. Guests can look forward to a selection of small plates including salt and pepper calamari with green peppercorn and lime and sticky pork ribs with black vinegar caramel. For larger, shareable dishes, highlights include Wagyu porterhouse with yakiniku, miso salmon with sweet white miso and half teriyaki chicken with picked daikon and cucumber.
In addition to the delectable dishes, Madame V offers an array of sushi and tataki options, such as tuna tataki with chilli daikon and rainbow sushi rolls. The venue also features a range of dumplings and buns, including Wagyu beef dumplings and BBQ pork buns, alongside a tempting selection of desserts like red velvet soft serve and strawberry pavlova.
