Chill it down and enjoy a glass with Asian dishes such as a salad of scallops, lime, soy and chilli dressing – this is an ideal Spring salad with Thai flavours, pan-seared scallops and fresh herbs, which is sure to tempt even the most discerning diners at the table.

A delicate and refreshing rosé with fragrant notes of wild strawberries and Summer fruit, this wine won a diamond medal for the 2023 vintage at the 2024 Concours International des Vins de Gastronome competition. Loire rosé at its best and exclusive to ALDI, this drop is a great companion for paella or grilled chicken.

Try a glass with this delicious roasted capsicum, zucchini and cherry tomato salad, which is bursting with colour and flavour, perfectly paired with grilled fish, chicken or a simple frittata. Not only are capsicums high in antioxidants, the bitter rocket in this dish can help with digestion and aid detoxification, making it not only tasty but also healthy.

Bon santé to Spring rosé!
