Australia’s largest dedicated gluten-free event has returned to Sydney. The Coeliac Australia Gluten Free Expo promises an exciting opportunity for attendees to explore, taste and learn the latest from coeliac disease experts and the gluten-free industry.
Set to take place at the picturesque Randwick Racecourse on August 17-18, the Coeliac Australia Gluten-Free Expo will feature a show floor bursting with exhibitors - the ultimate destination to discover, sample and purchase new products spanning tasty treats to essential pantry items, without the worry of having to ask whether any of the food contains gluten.
Visitors can explore products from both familiar brands and those they are yet to discover, including offerings from Well and Good, Arnotts, Senza, Two Bays Brewing Co, Venerdi and Grounded Wholefoods.
In addition to exhibitors, the Coeliac Australia Gluten-Free Expo maintains a continued dedication to education via the Education Stage, offering valuable insights on coeliac disease management, research advancements and practical tips for gluten-free cooking from expert dietitians, medical practitioners, Chefs and authors.
The extended lineup of speakers for the Sydney event includes presentations from healthcare professionals such as Associate Professor Vincent Ho (also known as the Gut Doctor), dietitian and fertility expert Sally Marchini and cooking tips from Kim McCosker of 4 Ingredients fame.
