This week, life is all about pasta-bilities as we delve into the world’s favourite noodles – think pasta sauces, recipes, restaurants and so much more!

From iconic pasta moments in pop culture such as the adorable kissing scene from ‘Lady and the Tramp’ to Eminem’s infamous Slim Shady lyrics, pasta has made its way into our lives through all manner of media; Marie-Antoinette Issa takes us through some of those moments, so grab your fork and twirl through a nostalgic journey.

Everyone’s favourite Italian maestro, Guy Grossi comes to the pasta party with a recipe specially designed for AGFG home cooks; as well as three recipes from Victoria Granof’s new cookbook, ‘Sicily, My Sweet’ from cookies to chocolate hazelnut layer cake and pistachio milk cremolata.

Named as one of the most creative and inspiring women in food by Cherry Bombe and a woman to follow by The Spruce Eats, Victoria is one of today’s most visionary and vibrant culinary artists and this is a very personal book about the place she loves and the sweet things she discovered there.

This Friday, October 18 is National Barramundi Day highlighting the great Aussie farms producing top quality fish and the amazing Chefs and restaurants serving barra across the country. This year, Chef Khanh Ong serves up three creative barramundi dishes for you all to enjoy at home – a barramundi katsu sando, Vietnamese pan-fried barramundi bahn mi and whole wok-fried barra with ginger nam jim sauce and smashed cucumbers.
