Spring has sprung, the grass has riz…I wonder where the veggies is?
Say goodbye to cold Winter days and hello to the warmth and sun of Spring – it’s time to get out into the garden, which has probably seen some neglect over the past three months.
According to Bunnings, now is the perfect time to get in the garden and start planting flowers, fruit trees, vegetables and herbs. What you can grow is dependent on where you live, the soil conditions and climate, it’s important to know what plants are best suited to your region to get the best results in the garden.
Just as important is to prepare the soil by digging in compost and manure so your plants have the nutrients they need to grow and don’t forget to add some cheery, colourful flower seedlings to set the mood for warm and wonderful days alfresco.
