A stop over at their shop stocked full with their gourmet goodies and recent releases will guarantee an exit with your arms full. Magnificent smoked Salmon!
GO THERE!!! you won't be disappointed! The tasting plate lunch we had was excellent and thankfully we had a fridge in the car because we left with Salmon rillettes(eat them out of the tub, don't worry about biscuits!) salmon portions, whole smoked baby salmon, Ginseng spice mix (with native pepper), superb nougat and the taste of sample truffles lingering in our mouths. Host Ziggy is informative and keen to share his passion for what he does. There's a wetlands walk which we'll do on our much anticipated return to Tassie in October. Until then we'll have to order and wait for delivery.
