Reefworld Aquarium

Established in 1979, Reefworld Aquarium has long been delighting Hervey Bay tourists with captivating displays of the region's famous marine life. A natural reef aquarium, using sand filtered sea water and natural sunlight, Reefworld Aquarium aims to preserve the marine creatures in the most natural way possible, home to a myriad of colourful tropical fish, coral displays, sharks, turtles and crabs. Dare to take a dip with the resident sharks or if you want to play it safe, enjoy getting up and close with the smaller creatures at the touch tank.
