Not Happy
We were in Cairns in Feb 2018 and my husband brought us to the mine to surprise me with a gift for my birthday. I was so happy and we picked a gorgeous ring. One wore the ring once on my birthday and one of the opals fell out. I was so upset but by that time we were in melbourne. So i tried to email them but the email bounced back. Website doesn't work either. Later when we reached home (Malaysia) we were notified by Australian Tourist Refund Scheme that is not registered thus we cant get a refund which they indicated we would. After i got my ring fixed with another stone as i have no choice another opal chipped off.. What sort of quality and workmanship is this. It was expensive and i am so upset. What a scam... Don't go and waste your money here. I want to make an official complaint to the government for this too.
