Mixologists Aidan Spencer and Shane Pietersen recommend sipping a Starboard Sour cocktail next time you visit:

Made with plum gin, rose aperitivo, plum syrup, lemon and aquafaba, this is a delicious airy quencher of a cocktail.

The use of native Australian plum pairs perfectly with subtly sweet gin to create a refreshing and flavourful classic.

The Starboard Sour uses native Davidson plums which are known to be one of the oldest Australian fruiit and have been consumed for thousands of years!

"As we are located above a functioning rowing shed, we took inspiration from some rowing terms. Starboard means the right side of the boat!’ the cheeky pair explain.
