About Serendip Sanctuary
A dramatic display of the Western Plains' signature grassy woodlands and wetlands, Serendip Sanctuary is the ideal destination to get up and close with Victoria's native birds and animals. A short, 20 minute drive from Geelong City, Serendip Sanctuary is defined by a range of marshlands, ponds and lakes, home to 150 species of bird life, including brolgas and emus. With the path splitting in two, take to either the Wildlife Walk or Pond View Walk and discover which creatures call the Serendip Sanctuary home.
