About Warwick Railway Station
The Heritage listed Station was built from local sandstone in the 1880s'. There is a plaque outside which tells the story of the egg throwing incident involving Billy Hughes, the then Prime Minister in 1917, this incident resulted in the formation of The Federal Police.
