About Wiradjuri Walking Track
An ideal way to explore around the city of Wagga Wagga, the Wiradjuri Walking Track is a 30 km trail designed to showcase the history and nature of the regional centre. From the Wagga Wagga Information Centre, the Wiradjuri Walking Track takes you past the town's most popular attractions, including the Botanical Gardens and Zoo, with inspiring views of Lake Albert and on a clear winter day, the Australian Alps. Following the path of the Murrumbidgee River, the Wiradjuri Walking Track descends to the flood-plain in a circuit before returning to the information centre.
