On the ground floor of the Establishment Hotel, Establishment Bar is a long standing addition to Sydney's wining and dining scene. Tall iron columns and the general air of Greco Roman history contrast with the bar’s sleek New York stylings, the 42 metre long marble bar running centrepiece through the lively location. Out the back, the Gin Garden abounds in bamboo and vibrant green plant life, perfect to linger on a balmy Sunday evening. Alongside an exciting collection of South Australian focused wines and French champagnes, Establishment Bar features a small yet enticing selection of Asian inspired lunch and dinner options, which range from Miso roast salmon salad with snow peas, watercress and yuzu dressing, through to the premium cheese board with quince paste and fig bread.
