Excellent food and very hospitable staff! Took hubby for lunch today for his first visit… he said definitely a 5 out of 5 stars! Will be back with the rest of the family for sure.

Manny cooked lunch for a small group for my birthday in February.
The food and presentation was first class and Manny was prompt, obliging and very co-operative with a couple of variations of the menu due to allergies. I would recommend Manny to anyone planning to have an in-house chef to cater for a special occasion. Jane

OMG am I allowed to give him 10 stars? If you need someone to cater - don't hesitate. The food is amazing, plentiful and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and supportive - and they didn't mind my puppy hanging around.....but I did notice that hand hygiene was always carried out after the attention. Being a nurse working through Covid, this was very important to me. Manny and his workers go that one extra step and ensure your night is perfect - nothing is a problem, the clean up is sparkling and he is unfailing honest. We were overwhelmed with prawns because their purchase price was less than he quoted us for - so he bought extra for us. Thank you Manny, my 60th was absolutely perfect. One suggestion - order the dessert tasting spread....OMG OMG OMG

Delicious! Affordable! Professional! Amazing!!!!
Manny is such a delight to have cook in your home. He’s travelled to us (we’re not exactly close by) three times now... twice for a small celebratory dinner party and another for a larger group dinner party. Each time he has been reliable, professional, friendly and his food is out of this world. He leaves the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived and his attention to detail is superb! We’re already talking about booking again with him in 2021! Next time we’re on the GC, we’re gonna pop in and taste his street food too! 100% recommend experiencing just once because, like us, it won’t be the last!

Absolute Perfection
Chef Manny was our Private Chef for a small family dinner party 7th November 2020 & we chose his 7 Course Degustation Menu.

It was some of the finest food we’ve ever experienced in 30 years of fine dining together ~ & all in the comfort of our own home!
His assistant, the beautiful ‘Tiana’ was efficient, kind & polite through service too.
During prep Manny heard my hubby looking for the back of my diamond earring I’d dropped ?? & without hesitation he kindly left the kitchen to help search under the lounge chairs & floors. Such a sweetheart!

He interacted so well with our family, announced courses, checked several times if we were happy & upon invitation sat with us for a drink after dessert, sharing some of his career highlights & interacting like he was family, yet also conducted himself as such a professional.

The kitchen was left spotless then he bid us farewell.

I highly recommend Chef Manny & we’ll be repeat customers for many years to come.

Wowza! Manny was terrific what a fantastic evening he created for our wedding dinner so much that we hope we can have him cater for us every anniversary. Highly reccomend such an amazing meal.

Attended a private lunch today and was treated to a gourmet meal the blew my mind and service that blew me away. Chef Manny was cordial and humble and each guest was treated with care and professional courtesy. I was most impressed with his gentle and humble manner. Each course was absolutely perfect and not a single guest was disappointed with their individual choice.
If you are considering a private party at home, do yourself and your guests a favour and have your meals cooked and served by Chef Manny!!! ????????????

Just amazing!
I just had Manny come over to cater for my friends and I and he is just amazing. Food was divine and just beautiful. I absolutely recommend you have him come to you and cook you the most amazing food. Communication between himself and me was fantastic, just a friendly genuine great guy. I will definitely have him do another lunch or dinner again.

Professional, Creative & Passionate chef!
Chef Manny was amazing right from the initial phone conversation! I had organised a family dinner and wanted to surprise them with something special and wow Chef Manny did not disappoint! The food was absolutely incredible, I still dream about it! I was so indecisive about the dishes I wanted for the night, but Chef Manny creates the most perfect menu for us all. He introduced me to a whole new world of tastes and flavours throughout the entire "Degustation" menu (many for the very first time), with each and every personal masterpiece that was presented to the table, showcasing his amazing talent and passionate commitment to ensuring I had an exceptional dining experience.

Beautiful and sophisticated
Our family have used him a number of times and Last night my husband and I had a couple of friends over and we did the 7 course degustation Menu (which he generously added two extra dishes and made it 9 course)
Every dish was made with love and elegance. It was super delicious and our friends were very impressed! It was so easy having him come to us, we could enjoy our night without having to worry about a thing.
Manny is very professional and you can tell he loves what he does.
We will definitely use him again and I would highly recommend.

Amazing chef, amazing service
We organised a Xmas in July party for our residents (retirement village) and Mannys choice of menu appealed and price was excellent. From booking to the evening nothing was too much trouble and he made it all so easy. The meals were well presented and very tasty. Chef Manny has catered for my daughters wedding, as well as other functions I have attended. His food is always delicious, fresh and well presented. Nothing is too much trouble for him to cater for special diets etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Chef Manny to anyone seeking a professional catering service.
His venue of Gainsborough Greens Golf Club is a beautiful setting for any function and the deck area is a great place to sit and relax looking over the lake and the course, enjoy a drink and something to eat. Even if you are looking to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends, a birthday party or a wedding you won't be disappointed.
