Unbelievably good - especially in quiet Parkdale
The regional themed dinners are not to be missed - but difficult to get in for because they book out in nothing flat. Special occasions including Christmas are always well patronised.

A great win for Parkdale Village
While Buono is pleased & certainly well deserved for their wine selection award their food is absolutely sensational & a breath of fresh air to this area of Bayside Melbourne which is pretty much void of eateries. The food is scrumptious & the staff are fabulous, can’t wait to return.

Excellent Food and Hospitality
The age in our group ranged from 16 to 64 years and we all came to the same conclusion; Excellent. Every course was delicious and the presentation was spot on, the timing of courses was perfect, and the front of house staff made the dining experience thoroughly enjoyable. Excellent wine list (great wine knowledge) and the house cocktails are superb. We would all dine at Buono again without hesitation. Definitely on my 'must return' list. A great dining experience.

Unbelievably Good
Pretty hard to find too much more than a Chicken Schnitzel or an overly tomatoey curry in Melbourne Bayside but Buono is the exception. These guys have proven by the full house that diners will seek out great food. We pretty much tried the whole menu & each dish was an absolute treat. Beautiful wine selection & lovely service, can’t wait to find an excuse to go back.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Parkdale. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything I tasted was delicious!! Absolutely the best calamari with squid ink mayonnaise I had.
Highly recommend!

Buono is a hidden gem in Melbourne area that deserves to be known. All the staff and the owners are nice, kind, always smiling and you feel at home easily, but with elegance. All the ingredients are first quality and you can feel like in heaven after every bite, from the entrée to the dessert. I really recommend to go often to have the chance to try the delicious specials of the week. The cocktails and the wines are carefully created and selected as well. Go there if you want to feel like in Italy for one night.

This italian place is so far one of the best that I have ever been in Melbourne. Exceptional customer service, delicious food rich in flavour, great selection of drinks and cocktails. Its worth the 40km that I drive to seat and enjoy a dinner with friends!!
