Casa Carboni Enoteca & Italian Cooking School combines fine food and warm hospitality to bring you a true Italian experience in the Barossa Valley. Located just over an hours drive away from Adelaide, the beautiful establishment’s enoteca (meaning ‘wine vault’) offers a place to relax over a selection of highest quality European wines that are hand selected in Italy by owners Matteo and Fiona Carboni, along with rustic Italian dishes such as freshly made pasta and homemade Italian sweet treats. Should you wish to try your hand at making these dishes yourself, Casa Carboni’s cooking school is located next door. Learn how to cook using the best of the Barossa Farmers Market’s seasonal produce as well as learn a thing or two about Italian food history and culture for the ultimate day out.

An elegant and relaxed setting for private functions. Let chef Matteo create an Italian feast right before you in our open plan kitchen! We source our fresh produce from the Barossa Farmers Market and direct from the farm gate, in the summer months fresh South Australian fish & seafood is sourced from a fish monger in Adelaide. The food friendly European wine list has been hand selected on our travels back to Italy to visit Matteo's family and friends and imported each year.
