Spoilt for choice, fast service, fresh and quality
Went with a group of 18. 10 teenagers at one table, all served food relatively fast and emptied their plates happily. Unfortunately adults were unable to be seated altogether, and half were outside. Not the restaurant’s fault as the booking expanded too late in the day and it is very popular. The dishes lend themselves to sharing but we all ordered individual plates. The menu is extensive and many dishes look enticing. I chose a dish of scallops, prawn and calamari in a ginger shallot sauce with snow peas and coriander. The ingredients were beautifully fresh and perfectly cooked. The portion was perfect for sharing but I was happy to eat it all with rice. The other dishes ordered at our table were two salads, which looked delicious and a beef Pho. All were well-reviewed although I didn’t taste them. Friday night was very busy and inside seating is noisy. Staff are friendly, and sorted out our wine mixup with no fuss. Hard not to order wine when the menu includes the tasting notes, which were spot on for the Pinot Grigio we had and paired beautifully with the seafood. I will definitely be returning with my whole family soon, but will need to book an outside table for my hard-of-hearing elderly mother.
