Expect innovative and delectable cuisine at Diana on Macleay Street in Potts Point. The latest creation of Korean-born Chef, Sammy Jeon, Diana is the fifth restaurant under his banner and is named after his mentor and friend Diana Shaw who opened his eyes to the incredible food and wine scene Sydney has to offer. There’s a moody, seductive vibe to the ambience with Korean art and masks on the walls, banquette seating strewn with colourful cushions and authentic accents adding to the visual appeal. Jump right in with prawn and chicken dumplings and Szechuan peppercorn sauce, or five-spice duck pancakes with cucumber and spring onion; moving on to Singapore-style mud crab with steamed rice, Chinese broccoli, snow peas and zucchini. For a sweet finish, indulge in black sticky rice pudding.
