Exotic decor distinguishes this restaurant with majestic red and orange lights, a Winter fireplace, dark timber and stylish Asian furnishings, making Embassy XO's lounge bar ideal for relaxing with a drink. Serving unique dishes by Executive Chef James Wu, Embassy’s menu is created from the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and transformed into dishes to excite the taste buds; delve into the likes of tea smoked salmon, miso glaze and cucumber sesame salad to start. Larger plates may include seared King prawns, honey-glazed carrots and fragrant coconut tom kha, with steamed rice and wok-fried Asian greens.

Well balanced food. Well knowledged staff. Nice. Was good time.
A favourite of ours - we have never had a disappointing dish here. Yummy food and friendly staff that are willing to do that little extra. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
