About Honour Brunswick Heads
Relaxed European-style share plates and natural wines are on offer at Honour on The Terrace in the seaside town of Brunswick Heads. A firm fixture on the local dining scene since Anna Mortimer and Aymeric Albores took the reins late last year, find a spot on the terrace as the sun goes down with a glass in hand and graze from a plate of salumi and cheese. From lunch to dinner, Honour serves a bounty of housemade goods from capicola ham to cured belly bacon, terrines and patés from an ever-changing menu inspired by the abundant local produce available in the Northern Rivers. Expect lunch plates of pork cotoletta with Parmesan and sage crumb, fennel and apple salad; while evening dinners delve into the likes of wild venison, pork, anise, orange and hazelnut terrine.

A hidden gem which combines heavenly terrines and modern wine pairing. What comes out of that kitchen is not only beautiful it's a sensory trip back to Europe's best cafes.
