A meeting place for locals and visitors alike, NOA on Pyne Street brings seriously good food and drinks to Edge Hill. Boasting a relaxed, yet refined vibe, this restaurant embraces a simple philosophy of fresh, bold and exciting flavours, as guests chill out alfresco among potted greenery; while indoors recycled timber tables and vibrant artwork set the mood for inspired dining. Drop by early for breaky plates like smoked salmon, crushed avocado, broken hash brown, chilli, dill, labneh, herb oil, poached eggs and toasted sourdough; later diners can sip an icy glass of wine while delving into prawn wok-fried noodles, scrambled egg, wood ear mushrooms and chilli sauce. Perhaps braised lamb shoulder rendang curry and coconut cream tempts, with lettuce, an assortment of pickles and roti bread.

A Lovely Place, Food was nice...but
I am pretty sure they overcharged me.
I arrived from interstate, and NOA was the first stop from the airport and an EARLY flight.....
It was highly recommended by friends who are locals.
The cafe and restaurant are lovely. My friend ordered breakfast: Avo on toast (with Halumi), $19 + $4; I ordered the same but without squeaky cheese, just with the option of the poached eggs, $19 + $5. A mug of coffee (LB) is $4.5. The total is $51.50.
So here's the thing: I did not get my Avo on toast. I get two Poached eggs and two pieces of toasted sourdough, and my friend gets her Avo on toast. I don't make a fuss; I'm hungry, and I'm not a jerk.
Per the Menu, Eggs, any way you like them, are $12. All the prices are very reasonable.
I am charged $55.21 at the end, which I don't question because I have somewhere to be. I didn't check for a couple of days, even though there was that scratch in the back of my brain telling me something was not right. I'm pretty sure I should have been charged no more than $39.50.
So yeah, a lovely place, nice food... but check your bill.
Late dinner booking
Ofer and Nicolo and Andrea on drinks provided the most amazing service! There was nothing they couldn’t do! Any drink requests were promptly served. Although we were late the boys gave us 5 star service and didn’t make us feel like we needed to leave at any point! The food was amazing! We will be back :)

Exceptional service from Nickolai
Came for a girls catch up lunch and we were lucky enough to have Nickolai as our server today. What a fun time. Nickolai was familiar with the menu, made knowledgeable recommendations and made today's experience more enjoyable than it usually is.
