"It’s a refreshing take on a classic Gin Fizz using yuzu as the hero, to give a delicious citrus blend that is smooth and easy to drink,” he explains.
The cocktail came about from a bar that Dylan frequented many years ago. It’s gone through many changes and trials over the years, to get it to where it is today and to work with seasonal menus as a standout cocktail.
"Originally the Marcel version of this cocktail had the yellow zest garnish however during the photo shoot we played with a lime zest instead which popped on camera and we’ve since adapted to use that,” Dylan says.

The cocktail’s name is a blend between the hero ingredient yuzu and the classic it takes after - the Gin Fizz.
