The popular Sylvania ‘hole in the wall’ establishment may be modest, but Paul Zerefos’ legendary burgers are certainly not – the works burger is a consistent crowd favourite, but be sure to also try the lightly marinated chicken breast burger, or perhaps the special with cheese. When the weather is warm, be sure to also order Paul’s signature freshly squeezed pineapple crush, or choose from a variety of old fashioned milkshakes – perhaps caramel or blueberry. Paul’s offers limited seating so if you don't snag a spot, it’s best to enjoy your burgers by the nearby Georges River.
