Incredible food and ambiance
We had a range of the delicious three course meal. Favourites were the Tasmania Oysters with cucumber, seared venison tenderloin, eye filet potato gratin and white chocolate cheesecake cremeux. The fireplace in the middle made a beautiful ambiance. Thank you Pethers for an amazing night celebrating our amazing friend!

5 star in every aspect you can possibly imagine
Service, ambience, description of each course, food, music, fire - as the experience is still fresh & the food is still in my belly all I can say is it’s the best meal we have had anywhere for a very long time. Venison was perfectly cooked, accompaniments amazing, snapper equally perfect, eye fillet to die for - seared but amazingly tender & the desserts! The avocado dessert was simply sensational & the white chocolate dessert similarly exceptional as was the warm, attentive, knowledgeable service. Thank you - we loved our stunning tree house but the meal was the absolute highlight!

What a beautiful experience for my friends birthday. Intimate dinner with friends, with delicious food and friendly service. The eye fillet melted in my mouth! The location is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

Exceptional meals and experience
From the restaurant ambience and outlook to the food, it was a fantastic experience. Top notch and certainly befitting a wedding anniversary dinner.

From the spring menu it was all fantastic but the avocado panna cotta with mango and chocolate (presents like a half avocado), snapper & crab were a highlight.

It should also be noted that the wait staff were so attentive and took the time to detail all the different options on the menu.

What a great night and one that will be remembered for a long time!

Absolutely in awe! Most beautiful cooking I've ever dined & eaten. From the entree, main & dessert, everything was above my expectations, cannot fault one thing. Eye fillet was a perfect rare, even complimented the chef personally on the perfection of the potato gratin! Wow! Far out, will definitely be back! First to try the spring menu & absolutely in love with it!
