At Soi 25 on Victoria Street in Darlinghurst, it's not just food and drink on the menu... it's an experience. Translating to ‘street' in Thai, Soi dishes up modern Asian fusion dishes inspired by street food classics, in sleek surrounds of black subway tiles, wooden ceilings and glowing chandelier lighting. From an intimate dinner to a large group function, Soi can cater for every occasion with starters like chicken satay skewers and seared chilli scallops; or delve into signature lotus flower dumplings with minced crab and prawns. For a twist on pad Thai, grilled Wagyu beef is served on the side, along with noodles, tofu, pork cracker, eschalot, radish, egg, dried shrimp and bean sprouts. Perhaps opt for a Chef's special of caramelised lamb ribs, sweet potato chips and tamarind sauce.
