My husband and I went to The Bendigo Club for their 3 course carvery tonight. Very enjoyable with self serve all you can eat soup and mains. The meat was tender, the vegetables well cooked and a beautiful pumpkin soup. We were given a ticket to redeem at the counter when it was time to pick our dessert. Excellent value at $16.50pp.
The juiciest best cooked porterhouse steak was served to me at the Bendigo Club this evening. It was a thick beautifully cooked steak served with roast potato, roast pumpkin and freshly cooked green beans, zucchini and carrots. This is the best value and tastiest steak in Bendigo on Wednesday steak nights. Will be going back for sure.
New menu for Summer. Sampling the Chicken with a traditional Mexican sauce. The chocolate element in the Mole sauce is interesting and surprising.
We love it! A nice family pub meal at ok price, bendigo locals love it.
Love this venue so much that we call it our regular family spot to dine. Staff are very helpful and cheerful and always have kind word to say to our kids even if they have a naughty night. Food is very well cooked, presented and great value for money suiting just about every budget which in my eye makes it a great place to take the whole family to. They cater for all types of groups as well from comfortable confrence rooms with drink bars to medium/ small birthday party rooms, mix that in with great atmosphere and entertainment will sure to please all that eat/play there. And the Chief is talented in his new take on the Menu. One thing i can hope for in the future of the club is a small fenced area for little kids to have a frolic around while Mum and Dad can enjoy the rest of their meal, i suggest visiting soon and trying the food out :)
What a delightful and interesting menu and the selection for vegans is fantastic. We have a vegan friendly member of our family who just loves dining at the club. The beer garden would have to be the best in Bendigo. Well done Bendigo Club - keep up the good work.
We have only recently started frequenting The Bendigo Club after hearing it on local radio. Finding ourselves pleasantly surprised by the fantastic value of both food and drinks we've returned several times and it never disappoints. Meals from $12.00 and no wine above $5.60 per glass makes this one of the best value venues in Bendigo, but quality far outweighs the price!
