Fresh produce paired with flavoursome accompaniments sees a fusion of Modern Australian and internationally inspired meals on a menu that gives back by supporting local suppliers. Savour Sydney Rock Oysters and graze over a board of Italian charcuterie before mains of crispy skin salmon fillet on a vegetable mille-feuille, drizzled with basil pesto or perhaps pork belly with as sweet apple glaze.

Baby Shower
We hosted a lovely Baby Shower for a group of 26 at the Watershed, Drummoyne. The food was superb, the setting is gorgeous overlooking the bay and the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly and competent staff, everything ran like clockwork, we were extremely pleased with the outcome.

We recently had our engagement party at the Watershed Kitchen and I must say that it was so enjoyable and stress free! Garry and Jessica were very accommodating with my requests and organising everything was such a breeze from decorations to dietary requirements. The waiters were very easy to deal with and were not intrusive at all. Value for money is a big plus and the views were amazing! Big selection of meals and very generous portions as well. Thank you again for a memorable night, we will be again soon!
We have been to the Watershed Kitchen twice since it opened under new management and the Food is fantastic, fresh, tasty and caters for all. The Setting is beautiful with an amazing view it was nice and clean. The Service could not be faulted with staff more than happy to assist we made a reservation and our table was ready with a beautiful view when we arrived BOTH times and the Value is fantastic with our kids they enjoyed their pasta and fish and chips from the kids menu and my husband and I had pasta with prawns and chilli and lobster mornay and we all shared an antipasto platter which was served on a wooden board and looked great this way will be going back again as TWICE is not enough we highly recommend The Watershed Kitchen
