About Timbah
Timbah restaurant carefully collates the magic of the Australian outback and serves it up to Sydneysiders from a trendy Glebe Point Road venue. With a glass of boutique wine in hand, diners sit back and relax in rustic surrounds; a combination of exposed brick walls, rough timbers and a palate of dark colours reflect a menu of earthy delights. Dishes flow with seasonal changes, the availability of fresh, local produce from artisan suppliers as well as herbs grown in the restaurant’s own terrace garden. Every plate features an element of Australian Bush Tucker, from kangaroo fillets to baby bush tomatoes and locally caught fish. Perhaps delve into crispy squid with aromatic lemon myrtle and native pepper-berry or tender lamb riblets with mixed bush dukkah, pomegranate and crumbled feta.

Have been to so many bars and Timbah is the best I've ever been. The settings are cosy and staff are so friendly. The food is so amazing. The quality of the food is more like the dress down degustation rather than normal bar food with decent prices. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
