Skilfully managing eight grape varieties on just over eight hectares of fruitful land, this family owned and operated winery is open to the public for cellar door tastings and purchases. Combining modern knowledge and traditional methods such as dryland viticulture, hand harvesting, basket pressing and the traditional Champagne techniques, Anderson Winery produces high quality sparkling reds, full bodied Shiraz, Petit Verdot and Durif. Perhaps try a Sparkling Burgundy, matured for six years with a rich complexity, or perhaps a 2005 Sparkling Chenin blanc, offering fresh elegance from an unusual grape variety.
