Crushing 70 tonnes of premium fruit fresh from the vineyard and selecting parcels from 30-60 year old vines in Sevenhill and Watervale, Stone Bridge has produced a boutique collection of many different wine varieties, including award winning Clare Valley Shiraz and Riesling. While special occasions call for a bottle of sparkling pinot, ripe with apricot hues and everlasting fizz, the 25 year fortified Bowerbird Old Tawny Port is just made for settling in and enjoying the evening, with notes of burnt toffee, caramel and spiced fruit. Sample and savour in the cellar door, or perhaps pair a bottle with a gourmet pizza, fresh from the wood oven.
