My husband, myself and another couple stayed in our own vans in the park for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the park. The owners are very friendly and run a very clean park with good facilities. The drive through bays are very handy for us oldies. We had a few teething problems when we arrived and the owner called a service man who came straight over even though it was after hours and fixed the problem. We were in York over a weekend and we were all sad to see the lack of visitors to the town and the shop keepers we spoke to are struggling. Please take the time to visit York for the day or a stop over. You will not regret it. This site should be over hauled to cater for caravan parks. You cannot submit unless you select "Room", which is not applicable
started in Echuca Victoria..been on the road for nearly a year now..the York caravan park , is the cleanest , quietest caravan park i've ever stayed at..it has a forest with walking tracks , and backs onto the York race track ( oldest race-course in australia )which is at the base of Mt Bakewell..it's really something to see...Mike & Liz are wonderful people , it's no wonder people keep coming back..i've met travellers who have stayed here 3 times in 7 months...Love the place..
