A beautiful bed & breakfast
We stayed at Rosewood for 4 nights and really enjoyed the wonderful hospitality from Jane & Keith. The facilities are excellent and the breakfasts each morning were absolutely delicious. Nothing is too difficult for Jane or Keith and their knowledge of the region gave us some wonderful ideas for activities to fill out days. Our room was lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. Being so close to the middle of town, we had no problems getting around by foot or by car. We'll be back.

Fabulous position , wonderful food and charming hosts.

We stayed three nights mid-July 2015 in this truly comfortable accommodation, very clean well-sized room and ensuite, excellent beds, quite but convenient location in a cared-for garden setting, with comfortable and spacious lounge and dining area. Friendly, informative, helpful but unobtrusive hosts, Jane and Keith with 10 years experience running Rosewood following their earlier careers, carry it off with unfazed aplomb. Great breakfasts and we found the in-house evening soup option an excellent alternative after a day of overindulgence around Margaret River. Great value.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Rosewood Guesthouse with our caring hosts, Jane and Keith. Keith made many suggestions of interesting places to visit including where to eat, which allowed us to cover the best of the Margaret River region in two days. We also received information from the other guests at breakfast time about what they had done the day before. The guesthouse was conveniently located and was an easy walk to and from the Margaret River town centre. We had a scrumptious breakfast every morning, with a variety of homemade preserved fruits, cereals, breads and a changing delicious hot dish menu. Our room was warm and comfortable which overlooked the back garden. We are happy to recommend Rosewood for a special break.

We followed Jane’s suggestions for interesting places to go and things to see, which allowed us to cover the best of the Margaret River region in a few days. We also had fun swapping notes with the other guests at breakfast time about what we had done the day before. The guesthouse was centrally located and an easy walk from the Margaret River town centre. We had a scrumptious breakfast every morning, highlighted by a variety of homemade preserved fruits, and our room was warm and comfortable. We were grateful to be able to give a small donation to the ‘fairies’ to take care of our laundry. We would be happy to recommend Rosewood for a special break.

The hosts Keith and Jane were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to do in Margaret river. Finally, the breakfast included were 5/5!! We spent 3 nights at Rosewood, 25 - 28 February. This was our fifth visit. The fact that we keep going back, and recommend our many visitors from the UK to stay at Rosewood during their visits to us in Perth, speaks for itself. This is a world class B&B experience. Rosewood's comfort and ambiance is only surpassed by Jane & Keith's warm welcome and attention to detail. This is a place where you can truly relax. You know that you'll have a large, extremely comfortable bed in a beautifully furnished, homely room with every possible comfort you could wish for. Then, in the morning, wake up to a wonderful range of breakfast options, all lovingly prepared by Jane and served by Keith with panache. They pay attention to detail, without being intrusive; we can't wait to go back a sixth time!

Very warmly welcomed by Jane and Keith and felt very much at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble. So refreshing to have the choice of an imaginative breakfast accompanied with home made produce - delicious! I can thoroughly recommend Rosewood Guesthouse! Jen

A wonderful place to stay - lovely gardens, luxurious bedroom and fabulous breakfast in a beautiful part of WA. Felt totally restored after after my visit.

This is an exceptional guest house. We stayed 3 nights. All the comforts of home - but not feeling like I was living in someone else's house. Lots of attention to detail, cooked breakfast, with choice of special different things each day like omelet or corn fritters with eggs, and the waffles were great. (Home made preserved fruits with breakfast etc) I highly recommend a stay here. The hosts (Jane and Keith) were very welcoming and gave us great tips for places to visit. Great position (short walk to Main Street restaurants). Beautiful garden, clean tidy well appointed rooms. Lovely period furniture (Antiques?) port and sherry in the lounge room. My wife and I were there on valentines day and they gave us a bottle of red from a local vineyard!
