Drawing inspiration from L’Occitane’s indulgent Almond Shower Oil and its mouth-watering aroma of toasted nuts and vanilla, the maker of Australia’s most Instagrammed dessert (helmed by Head Pastry Chef, Arnaud Vodounou) has swapped watermelon, strawberry and rose petals to create a sweet treat that combines layers of sweet almond mousse and savoy sponge with touches of orange and bergamot, pear and rosemary compote, almond frangipane with crushed almond pieces and almond sable. All topped with the kind of luxe golden glaze that typically resembles your skin after a good soak in the skin care range which inspired the collaboration.
