Cocktail of the Week – Bubble Blast from Eazy Peazy.

Technically, it’s not drinking alone if the bartender is there!

You know the drill…it’s Friday afternoon and time to relax after a long and stressful work week.

What better way to chill out than with a cocktail at your favourite bar or restaurant? Alternatively, you could take the party home and concoct the perfect drink to usher in the weekend.

Welcome to our Cocktail of the Week series, where each Friday we will highlight a cheeky creation to tantalise tastebuds and set the tone for good times.

Bringing a transformative collaboration of Japan and Melbourne to the heart of Swan Street in Richmond, head to Eazy Peazy restaurant for perfectly balanced food and drinks. Imagine the peaceful tranquillity of the rolling hills of Kyoto paired with the fun of sipping sake in downtown Tokyo as you relax in bright and breezy surrounds of potted and hanging greenery and intimate table settings.

Try the Bubble Blast next time you are in - a fun, fruity cocktail to satisfy your sweet tooth.

It’s vibrant blue hue and tantalising lychee flavour create a lively and fresh burst in the mouth made even more delightful with playful addition of lychee popping pearls; while a light effervescence adds an extra sparkle to this sweet treat, suitable for any occasion.

This cocktail was inspired by Sailor Mercury from the ‘Sailor Moon’ series and named after her infamous attack – the Bubble Blast. The blue of the cocktail mirrors her signature colour, while the popping pearls inside the drink mimic the bubbles from her iconic attack – symbolising the essense of Sailor Mercury.
