Let mixologist Anastasis Pantotis create the perfect cocktail to transport you to the Mediterranean on a hot Summer’s day like his Chios Spritz – refreshing, light and citrusy, while the Mastika gives it the kick you need on a hot day.
"The Greek Island of Chios inspired the name of the drink,” Anastasis explains. "Chios is well-known for producing Mastika liqueur, a favourite beverage around the Mediterranean.”
Fresh lemon and grapefruit juice are topped with Prosecco, soda and Mastika, served long over ice with a slice of grapefruit for garnish – delicioso!
