Mixologist Jai Hullait recommends trying the Spice Me Up cocktail to get the party started, made with spiced rum, Cointreau, coconut syrup, lemon juice and muddled hot chilli, as the perfect drink to reinvigorate the senses.
"Groove to a propulsive tune and spice it up a bit, hence the cocktail’s name,” he says.
