"Pretty much something for everyone in this cocktail – it is almost too easy to drink and a safe recommendation.”
Michael created the drink spontaneously for a regular on a late afternoon.
"She was in for a long lunch and asked for something new after she tried pretty much all our other cocktails already over her last visits. I remembered that she asked for a Porn Star Martini on her first visit ever but I convinced her to get something else at that time.
"So, when I was turning towards all my bottles thinking of what I could mix that came to my mind and I used the flavour profile as my pattern and inspiration, wanting to create something unique for her while remembering our first-ever conversation. She was blown away by the cocktail and I had to promise her to put it on the list, the rest is history.”
Michael says all cocktails in the 'Enigma' section of the drinks list have numbers with the idea of focusing the attention of guests on the
ingredients and flavours of the drink, rather than getting caught up by a funny, smart or sometimes even misleading name. No.6 was available at that time and so this 'sipsation' was born!
