Sydney’s favourite festival of flavours, flair and fiery fun is back! Archie Rose Distilling Co. is once again throwing the ultimate urban utopia, as StickyBeak Festival returns on Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5, transforming The Goods Line North in Ultimo into a buzzing, boisterous bonanza of everything that makes Sydney’s hospitality scene sensational.
Born out of a love for libations, laughter and late-night bites, StickyBeak has roamed the city, bringing people together in iconic, intoxicating locations. This year, it lands just moments from Central Station and Haymarket, with an electrifying ensemble of eats, exquisite cocktails and epic beats, all coming together for two fabulous, flavour-packed nights.

Expect bold bites, brilliant bartenders and a banging beat to set the perfect mood. Bessie’s, the newest hotspot from the Bar Copains team, will be serving up rich, rustic and ridiculously good dishes, while FIREPOP ignites the grill with its legendary, lick-your-fingers lamb skewers. Gelato Messina is bringing its cult-favourite, creamy creations and Takam returns with its sensational small plates with serious soul.
For those craving something different, Flora, a newcomer from the Continental Deli team, is putting plants in the spotlight with creative, conscious cuisine, while Redfern’s hatted Attenzione! will redefine the humble hot dog. Lankan Filling Station promises its heavenly hoppers, Kiln makes its StickyBeak debut with bold, brilliant bites and the Ace Hotel’s pastry wizard Andy Bowdy is ready to serve up sweet, swoon-worthy surprises.
TBC by Grape Garden will be dishing out Northern Chinese delights that demand attention and Ho Jiak is bringing its soul-warming, smoky street food favourites.

The drinks menu is just as dazzling and delicious. Archie Rose is treating every ticket holder to free, flavour-filled tastings, while some of Sydney’s best bars - including PS40, Baptist Street Rec Club, The Waratah, Double Deuce Lounge and The Rebellious Little Cooler - will be shaking up cocktails that command a second sip. P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants is returning with its legendary, luscious lineup of wines, while Grifter Brewing Co. keeps things crisp, cold and completely crushable.
Then there’s the music! FBi Radio is curating a stellar, sizzling, sound-filled showcase, ensuring every moment is soundtracked by Sydney’s finest, fiercest and funkiest. Expect the unexpected, from pulsing, pounding beats to soulful, soaring melodies, with live performances that will keep the energy electrifying and the dancefloor dazzling.

StickyBeak isn’t just a festival; it’s a love letter to lively libations, luscious bites and late-night legends. It’s about coming together, tasting, toasting and turning up to celebrate the creativity and passion that fuel this city. This is where flavours collide, cocktails flow and the good times never run dry.
