Here are 5 easy gluten-free swaps for common pantry staples that will keep your kitchen happy and gluten-free:
•Swap regular pasta for chickpea or brown rice pasta. These are packed with fibre and protein and they hold up beautifully in sauce. Bonus: they are less processed and way easier on digestion.
•Swap all-purpose flour for almond flour or a 1:1 GF baking blend. Almond flour is great for baking and 1:1 blends make it a no-brainer swap in your fave recipes.
•Swap soy sauce for tamari or coconut aminos. Soy sauce contains wheat, but tamari gives the same umami kick without the gluten. Coconut aminos are great too with a touch of sweetness.
•Swap regular breadcrumbs for crushed gluten-free crackers or ground nuts. Used crushed gluten-free crackers or blitzed almonds (almond flour) for that perfect crispy coating or binder.

•Swap cereal for homemade granola. Lots of cereals hide glute or are cross-contaminated. Choose certified gluten-free ingredients to make your own granola with nuts, seeds, coconut oil and a touch of maple syrup.
