Bittersweet in Green Square. A great group of people doing great things. Amazing customer service and even though I note them as my favourite coffee place, the food is worth visiting for. Great eat-in breakfasts and takeaway steak sandwich. Make a trip and say hi to Dan and the crew at Bittersweet.

Where your staff go after work?
The Durham Castle Arms. An absolute legendary pub of Canberra. Adrian and Mark, the owners, know beer better than anyone! In fact, one has been a brewer for years! The service is great and when you want to escape the stresses of the world and need a REAL pub, the Durham has you covered.

I am yet to experience Pilot, I have heard a lot of great things and am excited to get there one day soon.

When you’re craving a good pub feed?
I know I mentioned them already, but the real old school pub feed at The Durham always hits the spot. Now offering table service and with an even better menu, it has become known for great pub grub.
Best date night venue?
I’m a Chef…when would that happen? But if it was possible, Zaab in Braddon, always a great vibe and brilliant service. It’s one of those places that make you remember what it’s like to be a customer.

I am one of 12 children and have cooked for the Royal Family multiple times in both England Australia.
