The Only Thing Better than a Rooftop Bar? One that’s Out of this World

Just when you thought you couldn't top the experience of cocktails at Aster - the Intercontinental Sydney’s luxe rooftop restaurant – it has raised the bar and is now offering an experience that is literally out of this world.

Following the success of the exclusive Winter event ‘Astronomy Nights’ series, the chic lounge has extended the popular popup for one night and is inviting guests to indulge in one final evening of stargazing, sips and delicious small plates on Thursday, September 12.

Against the backdrop of Harbour City’s own iconic lights, guests (under the guidance of astronomer and astrophysicist Dr Angel Lopez-Sanchez) will be invited to indulge in cocktails and canapes as they gaze at the heavens and spot their favourite celestial body.

With previous spottings including the Southern Cross, the Sagittarius constellation and even the spectacular rings of Saturn, the intergalactic evening will demonstrate that when it comes to spotlighting the beauty of Sydney city, the sky really is the limit.

Spaces are limited and by reservation only.
