After their annual Winter hibernation for wave pool maintenance, Three Blue Ducks at URBNSURF is back open seven days a week with pizza nights, a new bar menu, group feasts and their famous Sunday roast landing for the first time in Melbourne.
Three Blue Ducks' Sunday roast has built an incredible reputation in Byron, now in its ninth year and as a result is bringing the brand down south. Head Chef and Englishman Mark Hannell will put his personal touch on the feast offering free-range, roast porchetta, or roast lamb rump served with apple mustard, roasted carrots and potatoes, rainbow chard, gravy and Yorkshire pudding, of course.
Pizza nights are back due to popular demand! Kick off the week with a wood-fired pizza every Monday and Tuesday and for all of September the Ducks is offering all guests $15 Margies - that means $15 Margherita pizzas and $15 Margarita cocktails. Alternatively, tuck into a mortadella, black olive tapenade, tomato sauce, mozzarella and oregano pizza, or opt for the marinated zucchini, leek cream, smoked scamorza and fermented chilli pizza.
Head Chefs Mark and Andy Allen have put together an epic new bar menu featuring three delicious toasties including pulled chicken, pepita seed pesto, rocket and spiced mayo, or mushroom, tomato relish, pickles, cheddar and Dijon.
Drop in for a feast with family or friends anytime and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner menus that showcase the Ducks' passion for sustainable and ethically farmed produce featuring the best of Victoria’s local farms, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers.
Located 16 kilometres from Melbourne CBD and just minutes from Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport, Three Blue Ducks at URBNSURF is open seven days a week, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeaway. Bookings can be made via threeblueducks.com/melbourne.
