More About Barossa Daimler Tours
HISTORY & BEGINNING
John and Libby Baldwin have travelled extensively around Australia and throughout the world, and in 1984, decided to settle in the beautiful Barossa Valley. An extensive knowledge and passion for wine, a love of entertaining and meeting people, and a recognition that no-one was looking after the true wine explorer gave John and Libby an idea to begin private wine tours.
A search for suitable cars found two very rare and immaculate 1962 Daimler Limousines, which were previously used in royal tours of the sixties. Barossa Daimler Tours began in 1994, looking after the discerning traveller who wanted a private wine experience with a knowledgeable guide in a luxury vehicle. In 2007, a 7 seat Mercedes Viano was added to the fleet.

On that occassion, the winner was the 'Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb'. The most recent award was the Barossa Service Excellence Award for 2006.
