Fishing on Lord Howe Island

Deep sea, reef and fly fishing are activities you can enjoy year round on Lord Howe Island. Have a great day fishing from Middle Beach, Blinky Beach or Old Settlement Beach. Alternatively if you’re after the big stuff, you can charter a boat with all fishing gear and bait provided (unless you prefer to bring your own!). Fishing does depend on good conditions, and the weather changes from day to day, however local boat operators have years of experience in Island waters and know all the best fishing spots.
